WebStop Web Design Special Conditions:
 
• This estimate is based on information from you, the client, and may be subject to change if the client’s instructions for any project differ from original brief. All costs are based on the information given.
• If the scope of the project changes, WebStop Web Design reserves the right to re-estimate the job.
• This estimate is for layout & design, and publishing of web site to web only unless otherwise stated.
• This estimate is valid for 30 days, after which prices may be subject to change.

• The project will include a mutually agreed upon time line. This project time line will be created and signed off prior to project commencement. WebStop Web Design will not accept responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
• On completion of website client has 7 days from notification to check draft and supply any change information.  If no information is forthcoming from client WebStop Web Design will deem website complete, load to internet and invoice client. If client however offers changes after this period changes will additionally be invoiced at $100.00 per hour.
• Where jobs are not completed or delayed at the client’s request, or due to a delay in client input or direction; all work completed to date will be invoiced 14 days after the delay occurring.
• If the project is stopped upon the client’s request during work in progress a cancellation fee of 50% of job quote or payment equivalent to hours spent is payable to LS 500 PTY LTD trading as WebStop.
• When using WebStop services fees for domain name(s) and hosting must be paid in advance when agreeing to project with WebStop.
• If you agree with this estimate, its conditions and wish to commence with this project, please confirm in writing to WebStop Web Design with a 33% deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.
• WebStop Web Design will commence work on agreed date if all information has been supplied either on disc or via email. This estimate is submitted on the terms and conditions above.
• Upon settlement of final invoice, website, content and copy write automatically becomes property of client without any infringement from WebStop.

By signing below, the directors of the client hereby guarantee payment of all monies due to LS 500 PTY LTD trading as WebStop in accordance with this agreement.
