As an additional service, we also have trained staff that can help with issues that fall outside of what would normally be classified as product support. This ‘Expert Advice’ is available to all our customers for a time based fee.

It covers issues such as:

• Help with debugging your scripts.
• Help with configuring/installing 3rd party software such as shopping carts, content management, social networking scripts and message boards etc.

The cost of this service is $100 for a half hour session or $150 for a one hour session. You will be required to pay by credit card in advance, you will then be allocated a time when the most appropriate staff member will be available.
